| Moderne Dans på Turné i.e. Contemporary Dance on Tour |
| Moderne Dans på Turné (i.e. Contemporary Dance on Tour) is a national scheme that sponsors nationwide tours of dance performances produced in Denmark with the aim of reaching a wide audience. The scheme also seeks to promote the awareness and appreciation of contemporary dance. Moderne Dans på Turné offers direct grants to organisers who wish to present contemporary dance. The scheme was implemented on 1st January 2005 and is financed with national lottery revenues allocated by the Danish Ministry of Culture. Dansemessen is an annual event where choreographers are given the opportunity to present their tour performances to potential buyers and where organisers have the opportunity to experience the diversity of contemporary dance in Denmark.
